The effects of parenting style and self-efficacy on social phobia of college students in China

The phenomenon of social phobia of college students is becoming increasingly serious, leading to problems in their lives and psychological well-being. In a questionnaire on social phobia conducted by China Youth Daily for college students nationwide, more than 80% of the college students surveyed said they had a slight social phobia. This has aroused the concern of the society about the social phobia of college students. This paper attempts to make the relationship between parenting style, self-efficacy and social phobia more clear, by drawing on the influence of family parenting style and self-efficacy on college students, to provide scientific and systematic data support and reference for addressing college students' social phobia.
