Abstract

At present, the world is ushering in a new round of technological  revolution, and with the advent of informationization and digitalization  era, the way of providing public services by the government is also  undergoing a radical change. In order to respond to the new trend of the  booming digital revolution, innovate tax collection and management, and improve the quality and efficiency of services, "smart taxation" was  born. City Y of Zhejiang Province has been at the forefront of taxation  reform and development for many years, and has made certain  achievements in the development of "intelligent taxation". However, the  development of new things is not smooth and there must be certain  obstacles. In this context, it is important to analyze the problems and  shortcomings of the current intelligent taxation service in Y, Zhejiang  Province, and then put forward the measures and suggestions for further  improvement, which is important for the development of intelligent  taxation in Y.
