Perception of People towards Digital Payments

After demonetization and Covid-19, Indian Economy is becoming cashless economy and there is growth in digital payments. Various initiatives taken by Government for digital India and various methods such as use of mobile phone and internet are used for the growth in digital payments. In today’s scenario, many small vendors are accepting digital payment. Many countries like Malaysia, Singapore, Nepal etc. accepting UPI payments. In current scenario, there have been many changes in the payment systems like digital wallets, UPI, and BHIM app for smooth adoption of digital payments. The present research paper is to study the perception of people towards digital payments. Primary data was collected from 100 respondents in Faridabad.
